The House
The House Finca Viejo Sisal is a traditional Spanish style home, full of character and charm, stylishly decorated with antique pieces. This rental house is located in one of Mexico's forgotten and unspoilt villages. Sisal is uniquely located on the western Gulf of the Yucatan ,the house is located two blocks from a sandy white beach, it is only 46 kms away from the Yucatecan Capitol of Merida The property is 250sq.m. split into two stories with outdoor living features. It house 2 bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms (one with rustic concrete bathtub). There is also an additional WC downstairs outside near the pool. The upstairs Master bedroom features an outdoor sitting area with an ocean view. Downstairs, there is an additional bedroom, Living/sitting room, rustic kitchen, and dining area. Outdoors, there is garden seating, swimming pool, laundry room, barbecue and wonderful garden. The house is loaded with details and was constructed with utmost comfort in mind.
Cleaning, linen and towels change every 3 days for an additional charge. Several activities can be arranged on request such as tours , private boat hire, car hire, biking - please enquire for more options.
Location
Sisal is a quiet fishing village where you can relax and enjoy yourself amidst an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. The village is located approximately 53 km north northwest of Merida, the Colonial capitol of the Yucatan. In winter temperature is 30C at noon, goes down to 18C early in the morning; humidity is high most of the time.
